We ship Australia-wide from our Lonsdale warehouse in South Australia.

Free shipping on orders over $299. Orders under $299 incur a flat rate calculated at checkout based on size and destination.

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the following business day. 

Most metro SA orders arrive the next business day from dispatch. Interstate orders typically take 2–5 business days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.

You'll receive an email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

For bulky or freight items, we'll contact you to confirm shipping costs before processing.

Order online and collect from our Lonsdale warehouse — no waiting on interstate freight.

How it works Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. Once your order is ready we'll send you an email confirmation. Bring your confirmation and a form of ID to collect.

Next-day collection is available on orders placed before 2pm.

Collection location Lonsdale, SA 5160. Full address provided in your collection confirmation.

Collection hours Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
