Returns & Warranty Policy
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, email us at info@allrvandmarineworks.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions from there.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we're unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note: Items must be returned in original, unused condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these conditions.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
For warranty claims, email us at warranty@allrvandmarineworks.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and any supporting photos where possible. We'll assess your claim and respond with next steps.
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we'll work with you and the supplier to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
